TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

GOLDEN RULE

Do not, under any circumstances, substances, or dares, put your feet on your Onewheel and try to ride it on the ship. Not even on a balcony. Violating this will potentially end our entire festival and very likely lead to your being removed from the ship, or blacklisted from future cruises. Don’t be THAT PERSON.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.

Before August 13, 2025 - Deposit will be fully refunded

After September 4, 2025 - 50% refunded

After October 1, 2025 - 25% refunded

After October 15, 2025 - Refund will not be issued

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS (Will be taken after 12/1/24)

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler.
