All initial inquiries are no charge.
Fees are based on the amount of time necessary to personalize your itinerary. For itinerary planning, the hourly rate is $70 USD and the number of hours necessary is based on how much work you want me to do.
Fees for "Full" Itinerary Planning (all fees are USD)
- Review of existing itinerary would be $35 per half hour.
- Minimum planning fee of $180 for trips of 10 days or less.
- Minimum planning fee of $250 for trips from 11 to 20 days.
- Minimum planning fee of $360 for trips from 21 to 30 days.
- Minimum planning fee of $500 for trips longer than 30 days.
Note: All fees are payable by PayPal when requested/invoiced.
Once you give me a list of the places you want to see, I'll put together a plan on how you can accomplish that. Upon further consultation with you, we will customize your trip and create a personal itinerary specific to your needs and wants. The full package will contain a detailed written itinerary with where you will be staying each night, what activities you could do during the day, check in and check out times, car rental pick up and drop off times, notes about reservations for dinner or shows, and so forth. We will start with a Calendar like the one below.
- Each client gets their own unique calendar.
- You and I will both have the ability to create and edit events.
- Since the calendars require a login, no one else can see it besides us.
Here is a look at a sample daily itinerary that can be included in the final package.
