This is really for one of our inner-circle, Tim's birthday celebration BUT it's your official invitation to Sea You in Scorpio Season: Itās a Sail-a-bration! And we are doing it BIG aboard one of Carnivalās newest beauties ā the Carnival Celebration.

But the ship has been sailing for years without incident, so at this point itās giving thrill + engineering excellence.

Important to know:
ā One person in the cabin can buy WiFi if they choose.
ā BUT if one person buys the drink package, both cabin mates must purchase it. Thatās Carnivalās rule.
All cruise sailing payments go directly to Carnival Cruise Line.
No third-party cruise charges will appear on your credit card statement.
šļø NEED A CABINMATE?
If you donāt want to pay for a solo cabin (and honestly, most of us are just sleeping and showering in there anyway), we can pair you with someone of the same gender.
When completing your form, write: āNeeds cabinmate.ā for Traveler 2 listed.
We cannot process deposits until a roommate match is confirmed.
We cannot book half a cabin ā it has to happen at the same time.
When the match is made, we move forward together.

If youāve sailed Carnival before, let me know so I can pull your VIFP number and make sure you get your loyalty points. We donāt leave perks on the table.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
š³ Payment Schedule & Terms
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required by 3/13 to secure your cabin.

5/22 ā $75
6/5 ā $100
6/19 ā $100
7/3 ā $200
7/17 ā $200
7/31 ā $200
Final Payment ā 8/5 (Remaining balance based on your selected cabin category)
Some cabins may be fully paid off by the July 4th holiday. Once your cabin is paid in full, your cruise payments end (unless you opt into Miami hotel and group transportation, which will be invoiced separately).
š Important Details
You will receive an invoice after each payment.
For your convenience, payments will automatically be charged to the card used for your initial deposit.
If you need to change your payment method, request up to a 5-business-day extension, make other arrangements or cancel, you must email bpbttravel@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment date.
ā³ Joining Late?
If you join after 3/13, you must catch up on all payments missed up to your join date.
Example:
If you join on 4/25, you would have missed:
$25 (3/13 deposit ā non-refundable)
$50 (3/27)
$50 (4/10)
$50 (4/24)
Your total due on 4/25 would be $175, with $25 of that being the non-refundable deposit. After catching up, you will resume the regular schedule with the group starting 5/8.
